Jenny Hope-Spencer’s extensive career as a Reflexologist since 1983 lead her to become the Principal of her own School of Reflexology in 1991, The Lynden School of Reflexology, followed by Chiron Training in Reflexology, both of which were accredited to the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).  In addition to her running her Schools, Jenny taught AoR accredited Courses through Adult Education for many years and practised and lectured over the country during that time – and ran a busy clinic as a reflexologist. Jenny has been interviewed on BBC2 and given radio phone-ins on Radio Solent and local radio stations, promoting and answering questions from the public about reflexology and community-based self-development groups.

Jenny also lectured and demonstrated reflexology to clinical and administrative staff in hospitals in Hampshire and Dorset. Her extensive experience as a counsellor and reflexologist has interested ex-pats living in Spain and has offered training in Reflexology and Life Skills Basic Counselling from the Costa Blanca.

The best-seller text book on Reflexology, ‘The Reflexology Workshop’ was reprinted in 2008 and is available with a discount when ordered through our website.  Jenny’s second book, ‘Skills for Life - Understanding Counselling & Psychotherapy’, will be published early next year. This book is an essential for all health-care workers, students training to be counsellors, or attending our Life Skills Certificate, offered as on-going training once the Reflexology Practitioner Certificate has been successfully completed.

Jenny is a qualified teacher and Counsellor and a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. She is also a qualified Supervisor of other Counsellors.
